This machine design incorporates a range of advanced features, including double reduction gearboxes with helical carburised gears to optimise efficiency, a robust high-capacity thrust bearing, a durable cast iron feed section, and a bimetallic barrel complemented by a quick release taper lock head clamp. Screw profiles to suit materials including DSBM-T™ barrier mixing feedscrew.
